The Arizona climate is not forgiving — UV exposure, extreme heat, and monsoon moisture destroy paint that wasn't applied correctly. We use the right primers, the right paint systems, and the right surface prep, every time.

PITTSBURGH PAINTS PERMANIZER.
Pittsburgh Paints is our primary brand. Not because they sponsor us — they don't — but because the quality difference between premium and budget paint is real, and it shows up in year three. Most homeowners never hear about Pittsburgh because it doesn't run Super Bowl ads. That's fine. It doesn't need a marketing budget. It needs to hold up in 115-degree Arizona summers without chalking, fading, or cracking. It does.
We use Pittsburgh Paints Permanizer as our primary exterior product — equivalent to Sherwin-Williams Emerald in performance, and in our experience better in Arizona's UV conditions. Pittsburgh Acrishield Max is our step-down option — still a premium product, still backed by our warranty. Two full coats, every surface, no exceptions.
Budget paint is cheaper upfront and more expensive over time. The materials on your walls are a real line item in our cost. We don't cut them to win a bid. That's why we can put a 9-year warranty on the work. The product matters. The prep matters more. We don't skimp on either.
We also use Sherwin-Williams Emerald, Benjamin Moore, and Dunn-Edwards Evershield on request. We're not brand-loyal. We're results-loyal. If you have a preference, tell us. If you don't, we'll use what we know works in Arizona.
